About

David Aranya holds a diploma in Fashion Design and Sustainable Design Strategies from the Modeschule Hallein in Austria, with a focus on design, craftsmanship, trend forecasting, and ecology. Based in Switzerland, he works across both independent design and custom garments, combining creative ideas with technical precision. His work has been presented in a fashion show and featured in selected press. Alongside his collections, he works with clients on a smaller scale, developing made-to-measure pieces and individual commissions.

He is currently completing an internship at Studio Vidas, where he assists the designer, contributes to garment production, and gains experience in store operations, inventory management, archiving vintage pieces, and visual merchandising.

Approach
Direction and Vision

The work focuses on clean shapes and a strong fit. Proportion and balance define each piece. The design stays simple, without unnecessary detail. The result is modern, clear, and precise.

Materials are selected with care, with a focus on natural fibers and their inherent properties to achieve an overall coherent result. Pieces are made in small quantities or to measure, with an emphasis on quality and longevity.

“Is it enough, or already too much?”
